Little Sunshine's Daily Routine

The purpose of this book, Little Sunshine's Daily Routine was to shed some light on how a daily routine is important to having a child with special needs. These are the struggles and battles of a special needs parents that other parents don't understand.Simple things like packing a lunch or packing for vacation can take hours or days because your child wants or needs specific meals, snacks, clothing, or special toys.They must pick out very specific colors of foods or outfits or they will not eat their meal or you will have a horrible vacation. They will cry or just not move (physically not move) or you will have a awful trip because you forgot to pack something they really wanted, especially a Cognitive Tool to help them relax and a very specific one if/when they have a meltdown.This is a great cognitive tool to help parents, educators, and therapist understand children's routines and patterns. I will continue to create and design children's books based on my life that have helped me with my son and see dramatic and small improvements in his progress in his different symptoms from Autism.As most parents knows there are multiple issues that comes with your child being on The Spectrum, ADHD, ADD, Dyslexia, Depression, and several other diagnoses may come with it.This Journal is the second book in the series.
